Dr. Rudy Setiono received
his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from
Eastern
Michigan University, M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984,
1986, 1990, respectively. He has been with
NUS
since 1990 and he is currently Associate Professor. He served as
Vice Dean (Undergraduate Affairs) from November 2001 to July 2005 at the
School of Computing. His research
interests include linear programming, nonlinear optimization, and neural
networks. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and was an Associate Editor of
IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks from 2000 to 2005.
