The following sample applet shows how to implement dialogs and how to change look-and-feels at runtime. If your browser is equipped to run Swing programs,, the applet has either started or will start automatically shortly. If your browser is not Swing-ready, you can fix that by, following the instructions in the articles titled "Plug-in Power" and "Make Your Brower Swing" in this issue.
