FW2: A Carbon-Neutral Motorized Sailing Yacht

FW2 is a student project that originated in the FrogWorks design and prototyping studio. See here for the project Facebook page. FW2 served as platform for several student projects in the School of Computing, and Design-Centric Programme. FW2 is currently Singapore's only carbon-neutral motorized vessel. Here is some dramatic footage of FW2 reaching Pedra Branca during the North-East Monsoon with 3-meter-high swells, and here more peaceful scenery silently e-motoring out of Tanjung Piayu on Batam, Indonesia.
