Hi,

From today's meeting, here are the sysadm tasks assigned to you guys:

NP -
   a. Set up user accounts on r4 for RAS group members.
   b. Create a HTML file with list of application software available on r4
      eg. GIMP, ImageMagik

Joe -
   a. Is there an easy way to allow users to ftp html files to postel
      without having to go through Frontpage? Please look into it.
   b. Between you and NP, please try to figure out how to allow the linux
      box to print ps files.
   c. Also create a list of programs available on postel.

HW -
   a. Create a list of programs available on Win95 and NT workstation.
   b. Reinstall Win95 machine. Please see me for instructions.

SC -
   a. Once you've figured out how to use AMPL. Please create a HTML file on
      the steps involved and let me look at it.


Please get this done by end of this week so that the rest of the members can
start working on their projects.

For the list of software, the template is:

Name: <name of software> 
Guru: <who knows the software the best>
Location: <dir location of software>
How to activate: <how to activate software>
Manuals: <where to find manuals>
