Some Remarks about my student projects

My projects typically combines mathematical and software development skills (programming, OO analysis and design, GUI, etc). Both these skills are important. However, depending on the student and his/her background, I will adjust the content and emphasis of the projects.
Most of these projects are smaller parts of a larger research project that I am doing on algorithms and techniques for Resource Allocation and Scheduling (RAS). I have a group of research students and undergraduates already working on similar problems. (These can be very valuable resource to turn to for help with your project work.)

We also have some systems ready for demo, if students are interested. (Email me -- leonghw ).
