  • 11-May-2008 -- Post-module meet up!
    For the meeting on Monday, 12-May, 11am, let's meet at USP Level 7. We'll figure out where to go from there.

  • 29-Apr-2008 -- All systems go for Final Exam. See you.

  • 26-Apr-2008 -- T4-SS, T5-SS, T11-SS updated.
    Added in solutions to Q-problems for T4,T5.
    Cleaned up solution to T11-Q3.

  • 23-Apr-2008 -- Everything's online!
    Solutions to T11, T12, info on Final Exam and 2007-paper also online.

  • 14-Apr-2008 -- T12 (last) online
    T12 is online. Please prepare for this Thursday!
    All lecture notes online (Topic 7 also)!

  • 14-Apr-2008 -- Last Lecture (Theory) and Project presentations today.
    Please come to class EARLY. Watch the cool projects done in this class.
    Quiz2 Distribution is now online!

  • 08-Apr-2008 -- Project deliverables and submission updated.

  • 07-Apr-2008 -- T10-Q1 added; T11 and Quiz 2 info online.
    Added in T10-Q1 (recursive tables with html).
    T11 online and so is info on Quiz 2.
    Info on Project milestone coming soon.
    Lecture notes on Networks, AI updated.

  • 02-Apr-2008 -- T10 online.
    T10 is online. It will be updated later.

  • 26-Mar-2008 -- T9 online.
    T9 is online.
    Students can now apply for SOC account to prepare for creating your own web-pages using that account.
    More details coming in tutorials and notes

  • 22-Mar-2008 -- T8 updated, Notes for Topic 4 updated.
    For T8, Q2 has been added. A9 is now complete.
    Notes for Topic 4 (Hardware) is now updated.

  • 18-Mar-2008 -- T8 online, Project Review meetings this week.
    Check it out in the HW page.
    I will be meeting all project groups this week for project review.

  • 05-Mar-2008 -- Solution Sketch for 2007 Quiz 1 online!
    As requested by many of you, I have put it online. Check the HW page.

  • 24-Feb-2008 -- HW5-SS-D-problems, HW6 and Info on Quiz 1 online.
    Solution sketch for HW5-D-problems and HW6 is online.
    So too, info and review questions for Quiz 1 (and sample Quiz 1 from 2007).

  • 21-Feb-2008 -- CA scores and Coffee Award (1st installment)
    In case you haven't noticed, they are out. Scores for HW2,HW3 out. Coffee award based on Problems A1 and A2 included!

  • 19-Feb-2008 -- T5 and more project details online;
    T5 and project details writeup are online.

  • 14-Feb-2008 -- Solution sketch to T2, T3 and T4-D-problems unloaded.
    I have uploaded solution sketches to T2, T3 and for the D-problems in T4. You can use them to assist you in answering Q-problems in T4.

  • 12-Feb-2008 -- Improved Notes on Division and Print-Formatting.
    Following Bi Ying's suggestions in the Module Forum, I added in "field-width" to the print primitive. I took the opportunity to also improve the notes. Thanks for suggestion!

  • 11-Feb-2008 -- Notes for Topic 2 all ready.
    All the lecture notes on Topic 2 (Algorithms), including the notes on the additional fun topcis (bin packing, tourist problem and graph coloring) are updated and online. Enjoy them!

  • 03-Feb-2008 -- HW4 is out. Sign in to module blog.
    HW4 is now online.
    As stated in my email, sign in (using your NUS-id) to contribute to the module blog.

  • 29-Jan-2008 -- A module blog. Give your comments/feedback/opinions there.
    I started a module blog for UIT2201. See course homepage or IVLE page.
    I hope that you will all give your comments/feedback/opinions there.

  • 26-Jan-2008 -- HW3 is online; Notes on division and print-formatting!
    HW3 is online. I also wrote some notes on the division operation and on print-formating. Please check the lecture notes.

  • 21-Jan-2008 -- HW2 is online!
    Please prepare for discussion in class.

  • 20-Jan-2008 -- Updates on Textbook and Notes!
    Yes, the textbook is in. It is placed together with the Computer Science books in Coop-Forum.
    I have updated lecture notes for Week 1, added on animation-file for Topic 1.
    Also updates notes for Week 2. (2008-01-intro.pt, 2008-02a-alg.ppt)

    HW1 is online -- check the HW page. Work on them before tut!
    Updated notes for Week 1 are online.
