- Everything covered in Lectures/Tutorials -- plus assigned reading.
- Includes topics included in Quiz 1 & 2.
- Also excludes topics that are excluded in Quiz 1 & 2.
- Excludes Topic 7: Theory
- Excludes: The Tourist Problem
- Tutorials (all problems except A-problems),
- Textbook [SG] Chapter 1-4; 5.1-5.2.1, 5.2.3, 7, 9.4.2,
, 7, 9.4.2, 13.3, 14 (excludes 14.3,14.6)
