Review Topics for Quiz 2 (Spring 2010)
Here are some general information on Quiz 2 (for your reference).
The Quiz, the Questions:
- Date:
Tuesday 13-April-2010; 7:00--8:00pm; Venue: TBA
- Quiz 2 is CLOSED BOOK / CLOSED NOTES.
- It is 1 hour --- and starts at 7:00pm, during classtime.
- Quiz 2 will consist of short questions (about 4-5 of them).
- ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS -- in the question book itself.
The questions will be similar to those in the
tutorials and the notes. But, not so long.
(There will be a fun bonus-mark question -- don't try
to guess it!)

- Topics 4-5; (Hardware, Networks)
- Lectures Notes and Materials;
- Textbook:
- Chapter 4: [Logic Design]
- Chapter 5: [Computer Organization] only up to 5.2.3
- Chapter 7: [Computer Networks]
- Tutorials: T7--T9 (all problems except A-problems).
