FM 2014 has negotiated discount rates for accommodation at Concorde Hotel, as shown in the following table.
Meanwhile, FM organisation will provide free shuttle bus service between conference venue and this hotel.

Deluxe room will be subject to the following:
- Booking will be set available from 16th February 2014 onwards till cut-off date on 20th April 2014 (3 weeks before 11th May 2014)
- Any reservations after cut-off date will be subject to room’s availability and best available rates.
- Room categories will be subject to availability based on the contracted event dates and rates.

We will soon set up a forum for attendees to look for a roommate to share rooms. For the moment, you can send your information (Invoice NO., Name, Gender, Check-in and Check-out dates) to Ms. Yan LIU.
There are some limited cheaper accommodation (ranging from $80-$140 per room per night) for overseas registered students. Such accommodation locates in NUS campus and is quite close to the conference venue (by 20~30 mins walk or 5~10 mins in campus free shuttle bus). Interested attendees can email Ms. Yan LIU for more details and booking instructions.
