Today I left Klagenfurt and continued my journey to the next destination -- Dobbiaco.
Dobbiaco is located inside Italy, within the South Tyrol region. It is a mountain health resort surrounded by the Dolomites mountains.
From the train station, I walked about 1 km along the main road to get to my hotel. Along the way, I went into a tourism information centre and got a map of the area. My purpose of visiting Dobbiaco was to visit the Gustav Mahler Stube which was located near but away from the main town area. So I needed a map to know how to get there. From the map, I figured out a 2-3 km path to reach there on foot.
After I had settled down in my hotel (Hotel Simpaty), I walked around the vicnity and saw a Gustav Mahler statue and found a road named after Gustav Mahler.
