GrGrowth-PBd & GrGrowth-NBd

Mine generators and positive borders (GrGrowth-PBd) and
mine generators and negative borders (GrGrowth-NBd).
The positive borders are much faster and much smaller to mine.

Usage:

   GrGrowth-PBd data_filename nmin_sup(an obsolute number) k [output_filename]
   GrGrowth-NBd data_filename nmin_sup(an obsolute number) k [output_filename]


Data format: (similar to FIMI workshop) Each line represents a transaction
             containing a set of items (integers) separated by space.
