Many important problems in cell biology require the dense nonlinear
interactions between functional modules to be considered. The importance
of computer simulation in understanding cellular processes is now widely
accepted, and a variety of simulations algorithms useful for studying
certain subsystems have been designed. Currently, many studies and
services are published for explaining biological effect of protein
expression and protein interaction network. But tissue specific network
systeml for disease does not exist yet. Our application provides
visualized network of PPI for analyzing expression data from
case-control group. It analysis statistical correlation between
expression data of disease/tissue specific samples then builds classified
networks with PPI data from those sample groups.
