Manipulations

All manipulations are implemented in Kleisli

on the `logical' representation of pathways

using scripts less than 10 lines in length.

• Rename node, delete node, duplicate node

• Delete edge, reverse edge, invert edge

• Reduce diagram around neighborhood of nodes

• Expand diagram using by downloading more abstracts

• Merge two diagrams

• Compare two diagrams and highlight difference

• Export to BioJAKE, etc.
