Phosphatase Database Information Extraction and Pathway Functionality

This KRIS-based database is a pilot of a much larger signal transduction database. It currently has 3 subsystems for automatic data collection, knowledge-based classification, and individual-based validation. It will be tied in with BioJAKE for display of pathways.
