There is an MRT
station in the Airport and the station name is "Changi
Airport". Board a train from that station
and travel to "City Hall "

Taxis would provide
a faster, though more costly, mode of transportation.
They can be flagged anywhere along the road but in the
airport there are Taxi stands where taxis would stop by
specifically. Upon boarding the cab, inform the driver
that you are going to "Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall".
