I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the School of
Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS). I received
my Ph.D., M.Eng. and S.B. degrees from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
in 2006, 1997 and 1997 respectively. My research interests are in the areas of computer networking and
