Chinmoy is an accomplished, solutions-oriented marine professional with over 30 years of proven experience at managing operations in a diverse range of industrial environments. Taufik Rachmat Nugraha holds an LL.M. from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Diploma in Ocean Law and Policy from Rhodes Academy (Greece) and Yeosu Academy (South Korea). From 2023-2024, Taufik worked as a research associate at the Centre for International Law-National University of Singapore. Taufik is a researcher on space law and the law of the sea and an International Office clerk at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung.

Mr. Daniel ZHANG is the Centre Director of the Centre of Excellence in Maritime Safety (CEMS) @Singapore Polytechnic. As an engineer by training, he is a strong advocate of technology adoptions to enhance efficiency and productivity. At CEMS, he is responsible for building a technology and innovation team to enhance the seafarer training assessment and delivery for the industry. Prior to joining CEMS, Daniel was with the Singapore Maritime Institute for 8 years, where he was responsible for charting the strategic directions and formulation of R&D initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of the maritime industry. Daniel has a Master of Engineering Degree (by research) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
