Taufik Rachmat Nugraha holds an LL.M. from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Diploma in Ocean Law and Policy from Rhodes Academy (Greece) and Yeosu Academy (South Korea). From 2023-2024, Taufik worked as a research associate at the Centre for International Law-National University of Singapore. Mr. Daniel ZHANG is the Centre Director of the Centre of Excellence in Maritime Safety (CEMS) @Singapore Polytechnic. As an engineer by training, he is a strong advocate of technology adoptions to enhance efficiency and productivity. At CEMS, he is responsible for building a technology and innovation team to enhance the seafarer training assessment and delivery for the industry. Prior to joining CEMS, Daniel was with the Singapore Maritime Institute for 8 years, where he was responsible for charting the strategic directions and formulation of R&D initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of the maritime industry. Daniel has a Master of Engineering Degree (by research) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
